CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling your reservation here at The Glam House. If a cancellation or "no-show" occurs with less then 24 hours notice, 50% of your reservation will be charged to the card on file. This applies to same day bookings. This cancellation policy is in place to protect our stylist's and give them the opportunity to fill their opening from the cancellation. Email us at support@theglamhouse.com. RETURN POLICY
For in-person product purchases and online purchases through our website. No returns on hair products. You can exchange products within 30 days, unopened and unused except for extensions. Extensions can not be exchanged or canceled once they are ordered. Email us at support@theglamhouse.com.
