CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling your reservation here at The Glam House. If a cancellation or no-show occurs with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of your reservation will be charged to the card on file. This cancellation policy is in place to protect our service providers and give them the opportunity to fill their opening from the cancellation. Thank you for your understanding!

RETURN & Refund POLICY

There are no returns or exchanges for hair extensions. If the hair has already been ordered we cannot cancel the order. No orders will be placed until after a virtual or in-person consultation has occurred with TGH service provider. All hair products can be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be unopened. Opened products are not available for returns or exchanges.

Eco Fee policy

TGH is a Certified Sustainable salon. In order to offset our carbon footprint, we charge an Eco Fee. TGH is able to divert 95% of our beauty waste . Thank you for contributing to help protect our planet.
