  • 2-4 weeks being consistent will give you better results.

  • Everyone has a different tolerance of pain. TGH wax specialists will try and make the process as comfortable as possible.

  • You will be hair free for a minimum of 1-2 weeks following your was appointment.

  • Hair won't grow back thicker or darker after waxing, just the opposite. Hair that is removed from the root grows back softer and finer over time.

  • There is not a waxing age requirement. However, if you're under the age of 18, bring a parent or guardian on your first visit as we need their consent.

  • In the area where you intend to wax, your hair needs to be at least 1/4". That's about the length of a grain of rice. Generally it takes about two weeks of not shaving.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling your reservation here at The Glam House. If a cancellation or no-show occurs with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of your reservation will be charged to the card on file. This cancellation policy is in place to protect our service providers and give them the opportunity to fill their opening from the cancellation. Thank you for your understanding!

Return & refund policy

There are no returns or exchanges for hair extensions. If the hair has already been ordered we cannot cancel the order. No orders will be placed until after a virtual or in-person consultation has occurred with TGH service provider. All hair products can be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be unopened. Opened products are not available for returns or exchanges. No refunds will be issued for any services provided at TGH by any TGH service provider.
