Platinum Card
Maintenance: It depends on your desired look
Description: The platinum card is named for the foils that cover the entire head, making it look like platinum. This is an a la carte service. Please schedule a consultation to make sure you know all the services needed to achieve your desired look.
Balayage
Maintenance: It is a lived in look the maintenance for this look is anywhere from 10-14 weeks (you can alternate between balayage and a partial balayage)
Description: Balayage hair highlights are the perfect technique to provide a diffused blend or a natural sunkissed look! You will find a softer grow out than the traditional highlight service. TGH is an expert balayage hair salon crafting stunning and customized looks.
GLAM Gloss
Maintenance: This is a maintenance service in between bigger color services
Description: Our GLAM Gloss is a one part gloss to tone your hair to take out any unwanted pigments. This will need a GLAM blow out added or a haircut. A GLAM gloss is included in any color service, but when booked on its own it is an a la carte service.
Color Correction
Maintenance: It depends on your desired look
Description: A color correction is a service that is often times confused. It is a service to fix or repair the damage or unwanted results during chemical hair color processing. If you are looking to change your hair color drastically, i.e. copper to blonde then our corrective hair color service is ideal for you. This is an a la carte service. Please schedule a consultation to be sure you know exactly all the services you need to include to achieve your desired look.
GLAM Refresh
Maintenance: This is a maintenance service in between bigger color services
Description: Our GLAM refresher is a 2/3 part gloss to tone your hair to take out any unwanted pigments and help with the fading down or melting root. This will need a GLAM blow out or a haircut. a GLAM gloss is included in any color service, but not a GLAM Refesher, so if you upgrade to that you will pay for the additional GLAM Gloss. When a GLAM Gloss is booked on its own it is an a la carte service.
Root Retouch vs Root To End
Maintenance: every 3-6 weeks
Description: A root retouch with 1 bowl of color and it is applied to your roots to cover them or change them to your desired look. This is not a service that includes foils.
VS A root to end color is with 1 or 3 bowls of color depending on your desired look. This service is to color your roots to your ends with color. It can be multi color this service does not include foils.
Highlights
Maintenance: maintenance you will be coming in every 6-8 weeks depending on the dimension added into your look

Mini Foil
Maintenance: This is a maintenance service in between bigger color services
Description: Our mini foil is a perfect service to brighten up around the face or to break up your root in between highlights/balyage/ or colors. This service does NOT include a GLAM Gloss or Refresher or a GLAM blow out or haircut. This service is an al a carte service everyhting will be added in addition.

No, color spray will not affect it at all

Hair is made of protein called Keratin in shingle-like structures called cuticles. Any time we are changing the cuticle during a color service there will be a slight difference in texture which is why we recommend treating the hair with a post cuticle sealant which may improve the effects of damage by protecting the hair structure.

It’s Not necessary to wash your hair the same day, your natural oils can protect your scalp when lightening. You don’t want to be excessively oily when coloring but you don’t have to be freshly shampooed as you will be shampooed after your color service.

Think of glosses as a top coat to a nail polish, they add shine, lower the ph, and close the cuticle. They can impart tone to get rid of brassiness, refresh faded ends, or completely change the tone of previous highlights and balayage.

Demi permanent colors typically last between 12-24 shampoos, they typically don’t leave a harsh line of demarcation. Demi–permanent hair color is ammonia-free. When you color with a Demi permanent, the molecules get under the outer cuticle of the hair shaft but don’t penetrate the strand. Instead, demi-permanent color formulas wrap around the hair’s cuticle, essentially creating a coat of color that’s gradually washed away.
A permanent color will fully cover gray hair. They open the cuticle to allow the color to penetrate deeper into the cortex. Permanent hair color is as the name suggests—permanent. Technically, a permanent color never truly leaves, but the color does eventually fade over time. It can leave a line of demarcation on the hair as it grows out.

Traditional highlights are woven strands of hair that have been lightened in a foil up to the scalp, With a 6-8 week maintenance cycle.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling your reservation here at The Glam House. If a cancellation or "no-show" occurs with less then 24 hours notice, 50% of your reservation will be charged to the card on file. This cancellation policy is in place to protect our stylist's and give them the opportunity to fill their opening from the cancellation. Thank you for your understanding!
