Once you have signed up for a membership, there is no expiration date and will remain active unless otherwise specified.

Yes! We know things come up and you may need to put your membership on hold. We can freeze your membership at any time for up to 90 days. Once placed into freeze status, the membership will automatically unfreeze after 90 days.

Yes! If your membership is in a freeze status or you cancel your membership, you are still able to redeem your credits for your unused blowouts and add-ons if applicable. However, you will NOT be allowed to utilize any of the other benefits the membership offers, such as 10% of products, services and additional blowouts.

Absolutely! You can sign up when booking or during the checkout process. Just inform one of our GLAMcierges of your request.

Yes. A 30 day notice is required on any membership cancellations. However, you may freeze your membership at any time for up to 90 days as it will automatically be reinstated.

Not a problem! Just let your membership account manager know and we will apply the changes to your membership.

No. Add-ons do not rollover monthly. You use them or lose them. However, unused blowouts WILL rollover month to month (assuming your membership is in active status) but WILL NOT rollover year to year.

Cancellations and No-Shows require a 24 hour notice. Leniency can be used 3 times only. No exceptions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling your reservation here at The Glam House. If a cancellation or no-show occurs with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of your reservation will be charged to the card on file. This cancellation policy is in place to protect our service providers and give them the opportunity to fill their opening from the cancellation. Thank you for your understanding!
Return & refund policy
There are no returns or exchanges for hair extensions. If the hair has already been ordered we cannot cancel the order. No orders will be placed until after a virtual or in-person consultation has occurred with TGH service provider. All hair products can be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be unopened. Opened products are not available for returns or exchanges. No refunds will be issued for any services provided at TGH by any TGH service provider.
