Our Events Coordinator thoughtfully assigns artists based on your event needs, desired look, and level of support ensuring the right fit for every moment.

IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS

Every event begins with a personalized planning process designed to ensure clarity, alignment, and a seamless experience.

Once your event inquiry is received, our Events Coordinator will review your request and schedule an artist-led consultation, either in person or virtually. This consultation focuses on your vision, desired services, and overall event needs.

Following your consultation, details are returned to our Events Coordinator, who manages logistics and prepares your customized Glam Call Sheet, a detailed beauty timeline created to ensure smooth flow, proper timing, and an elevated experience on the day of your event.

  • During your consultation, we will review:

    • Event type (wedding, quinceañera, bat mitzvah, Sweet 16, prom, photoshoot, corporate event, or special celebration)

    • Event date and location
      Number and names of guests receiving services

    • Desired start and completion times

    • Inspiration images or specific looks you wish to achieve

    On-site services require a minimum number of booked services. Consultations are strongly encouraged for group bookings and on-location events, and may qualify your event for custom or bundled pricing.

ON-SITE SERVICES & TRAVEL FEES (NON-REFUNDABLE)

For your convenience, The Glam House offers on-site beauty services for select events. All on-site bookings include a custom travel fee based on your event details, including location, start time, and services requested.

Travel fees are non-refundable and are reviewed and confirmed during your consultation.

  • Is a Trial Required?

    • Travel Zone Rates: Travel is charged as a flat rate based on zone (Metro, Non-Metro, Mountain or Destination). Your specific rate will be provided during your consultation.

    • Early Start Times: Events with start times before 7:00 a.m. may require additional fees.

    • Extended Travel: Locations requiring extended drive time or special accommodations may incur additional charges.

    Booking & Payment Terms

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and service providers.

    • The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event date.

    • Last-minute add-ons requested on the day of the event will be invoiced and due 72 hours after the event.

    Event-Ready Glam services are ideal for guests attending a special occasion who want a polished, camera-ready look.

    These services may be booked online and are perfect for weddings, quinceañeras, bat mitzvahs, Sweet 16s, proms, photoshoots, birthdays, corporate events, and celebrations of all kinds.

    • Inspiration images are recommended if you have a specific look in mind

    • Guests receiving makeup services should arrive with a clean, makeup-free face

    • Guests receiving hair services should arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise discussed

    Glam VIP

    Glam VIP services are reserved for the main character of the event.

    This service is designed for brides, quinceañeras, honorees, and individuals whose look sets the tone for the entire celebration. Glam VIP offers a highly intentional, elevated experience with added time, detail, and personalization.

    • A consultation or inspiration images submitted in advance are required

    • If a consultation has already taken place, all inspiration and details are gathered during that process

    • Glam VIP services are confirmed based on event needs, timing, and availability

    This experience is ideal when the look is not just important but central.

    Lashes & Enhancements

    • Signature By Grado strip lashes are available upon request for an additional $15 per application

    Additional enhancements may be discussed during consultation or booking

In addition to single-day event services, we offer multi-day beauty experiences for special events and cultural celebrations that unfold over multiple moments or days. These experiences are thoughtfully planned to support extended timelines, multiple looks, and elevated coordination.

Our approach allows for flexibility and customization, ensuring each event receives the appropriate level of artistry, preparation, and on-site support based on its unique needs.

Hair and makeup services for guests and attendees are coordinated as part of the overall event plan, with final details confirmed during the planning process.

All multi-day and extended event experiences are reviewed and confirmed through consultation.

      You begin by contacting our Events Team to share your event date, location, and general vision.

    2. Artist Consultation

      An in-person or virtual consultation is scheduled with a selected artist to review inspiration, desired looks, and overall event details.

    3. Event Coordination & Planning

      Following the consultation, our Events Coordinator takes over to organize services, timelines, and logistics, including guest services if applicable.

    4. Optional Trial

      Hair and/or makeup trials may be scheduled in advance to finalize your look and ensure confidence for your event day.

    5. Deposit & Date Confirmation

      A 50% non-refundable deposit is collected to officially reserve your date and service providers.

    6. Final Details Review

      Approximately one week prior to your event, final services, timing, and on-site plans are confirmed, and the remaining balance is due.

    7. Event Day Services

      Our team arrives on-site as scheduled to deliver a seamless, elevated beauty experience.

    8. Post-Event Follow-Up

      Any additional services are confirmed and invoiced after the event, and our team follows up to ensure your experience exceeded expectations.

  • Gratuity is not included. While never expected, it is always appreciated and goes directly to your artists.

  • All deposits are non-refundable. If a no-show occurs without a deposit, 50% of the total scheduled services will be charged. Cancellations after final details are confirmed may be subject to additional charges.

  • Date change requests are reviewed based on availability. Deposits remain non-refundable and may be applied to a new date at our discretion. If the new date is unavailable, the booking is treated as a cancellation.

  • We offer Glam VIP hair and makeup for the bride or main honoree, Event-Ready Glam for guests and attendees, trials, second looks, touch-ups, and a variety of add-on experiences and upgrades. All services are customized through consultation.

  • Yes. We offer hair and makeup services for quinceañeras, bat mitzvahs, Sweet 16s, proms, photoshoots, cultural celebrations, birthdays, corporate events, and other special occasions.

  • Yes. Select event services may be performed in-salon based on availability. Details are confirmed during planning.

  • We recommend booking once your event date is confirmed. For weddings and multi-day or cultural events, most clients reserve services 6–12 months in advance.

    Single-day events and Event-Ready Glam services may be booked closer to the event date based on availability. While last-minute requests are welcome, availability cannot be guaranteed.

  • Yes, changes may be requested based on availability and staffing. Final services are confirmed prior to your event.

  • Inspiration photos, event details, timing, and any accessories or cultural elements you plan to incorporate.

  • Yes. Our artists are experienced working with a wide range of hair textures, skin tones, and cultural beauty needs.

  • The Glam Call Sheet is a customized event timeline created for your celebration. It outlines service timing, artist assignments, and overall flow to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience on your event day.

    Your Glam Call Sheet is prepared by our Events Coordinator and shared prior to your event so everyone involved is aligned.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling your reservation here at The Glam House. If a cancellation or "no-show" occurs with less then 24 hours notice, 50% of your reservation will be charged to the card on file. This cancellation policy is in place to protect our stylist's and give them the opportunity to fill their opening from the cancellation. Thank you for your understanding!
