Every guest is presented with our GLAM Menu to elevate their experience with our complimentary services along with services to treat yourself.

Our complimentary services include a refreshment or adult refreshment (21+), choice between our signature GLAMdown blow out or GLAM curls, steamed towel while at our treatment station, and product education to best keep your style at home!

HAVE A QUESTION? WE HAVE THE ANSWER

  • Yes, we have parking at all of our locations. Please find details for each location:

    G1 has parking in front of the salon as well as any open parking spaces

    G2 has street parking is available in front of the salon OR you can park in the lot with the black gate north of the salon

    G3 has parking in front of the salon OR you can park in the public parking garage off of Station Way.

  • If you are later than 15 minutes to your reservation, it is up to the service provider on whether or not they will be able to take you. Depending on their schedule and your requested service they will evaluate if they can proceed or if you will need to reschedule for another day.

  • You will be charged a no show fee, which is 50% of the service ticket If there has been no communication with the salon after 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment time.

  • YES! All 3 locations have wifi

  • Please mention this during booking your reservation and remind your stylist at your consultation before your appointment begins.

  • ( For example, what if I don’t want my hair washed, just cut/trimmed? )

    The price does not change

  • :The price is the same for either long or short cuts. For example if you had medium length hair and wanted to cut to your shoulders, you would select “long cut”. If you were looking for a pixie, A-Frame or Bob, you would select “short cut”.

  • Absolutely!

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling your reservation here at The Glam House. If a cancellation or no-show occurs with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of your reservation will be charged to the card on file. This cancellation policy is in place to protect our service providers and give them the opportunity to fill their opening from the cancellation. Thank you for your understanding!

Return & refund policy

There are no returns or exchanges for hair extensions. If the hair has already been ordered we cannot cancel the order. No orders will be placed until after a virtual or in-person consultation has occurred with TGH service provider. All hair products can be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be unopened. Opened products are not available for returns or exchanges. No refunds will be issued for any services provided at TGH by any TGH service provider.
