If a cancellation or "no-show" occurs with less then 24 hours notice, 50% of your reservation will be charged to the card on file. This applies to same day bookings. This cancellation policy is in place to protect our stylist's and give them the opportunity to fill their opening from the cancellation. Thank you for your understanding!
