THE GLAM HOUSE
at Latin Fashion Week colorado
My connection to LFWC is personal. It goes beyond simply being a sponsor. It is about community, representation, and supporting the kind of creativity I have always believed deserves to be seen.
My relationship with Beto goes way back almost to the beginning of my career, more than 20 years ago. We met backstage at a fashion show, both doing hair, and our relationship has grown over the years through a shared passion for creativity, this industry, and creating opportunities for artists to step into bigger rooms, bigger stages, and bigger possibilities.
As a Mexican-American entrepreneur and the founder of The Glam House, I understand how powerful it is to see people from our community creating, leading, building, and being recognized for their artistry.
The beauty industry is filled with incredible talent, and supporting that talent has always been important to me. Hair, beauty, fashion, and culture are deeply connected, and LFWC creates a space where all of those worlds come together.
That is why The Glam House is proud to sponsor LFWC. We are not just here to provide glam. We are here because we believe in the artists, the designers, the visionaries, and the community behind it.
Being able to stand alongside Beto and support something that continues to elevate creativity within our community is something I am genuinely proud to be a part of.
At Latin Fashion Week Colorado, The Glam House serves as the Glam Direction team, helping lead and oversee the beauty vision for the runway rather than simply providing hair and makeup. We work alongside the designers to understand their vision, review their mood boards, and help translate that vision into the overall glam direction for their collections.
We then help bring together the teams who execute those looks, working alongside beauty schools, emerging artists, established salons, and other beauty professionals throughout Colorado who want to support the production and be part of the experience.
A big part of what we love about our role is creating an environment where newer artists can gain real backstage experience, work within a professional fashion production, and learn what it takes to execute a creative vision as part of a larger team.
Over the years, I have come to understand how much bigger that role can be. It is not only about what happens backstage during Fashion Week. There is an opportunity to help develop these artists before the event, give them education and direction, and continue that growth afterward by reflecting on what worked, what we can improve, and how we can make the next production even stronger.
For me, the long-term vision is to build a community of artists who continue growing together and return year after year, creating not just beautiful runway moments, but opportunities, relationships, confidence, and experiences that carry into their careers in the real world.
Thank you to Beto and Latin Fashion Week Colorado for continuing to trust The Glam House not only as a sponsor, but as the team helping direct and bring the glam vision of LFWC to life. It is an honor to work alongside a community that believes in creativity, collaboration, and creating opportunities for artists at every stage of their careers.
